This sound site that I found is amazing! Its called freesound.org! and its free to use the sounds! Here are a few sounds for Mumbo Jumbo for example...

The clock ticking could get progressively faster... When you listen to them one after the other it actually makes you nervous.. Strange.... Works well.

Actually even better go to the web freesound.org then in the search box type 'clock ticking' and you will get a list of clocks... Then press play on all of them randomly and you can hear them all at the same time... This is a great effect and I think would be amazing to portray the craziness of time and Gaspars warped sense of reality.... Ahhh Im starting to feel crazy myself.

This could also be used for all the sounds at once!

Oh yeah and a Child's Music Box....

Oh and of course writing sounds! I realised when finding these that we would need Gaspar to use a pencil due to the sound.

Ideas for Pictures with Words MJ - CEDRIC

Here are some ideas that I thought we could use for picture based words as well as Rorschach blot charts on the walls for Mumbo Jumbo. Cedric



I particularly love this one as it is easy to make and I think could work well when words become jumbled...



This one is nice as well though a little more complicated...



I like these box shapes as they have a certain asthetic!

THis is nice as it is sort of a cross between a mind map and a word picture..




Here is a typical Mind Map which incorporates words and images for easy remembering which would add a Mnemonic aspect to the short.. Ha we could reprogram peoples minds!



This one is a little more difficult perhaps or perhaps not!

Riana here. This is just a quick mock up of a version of the ABC book I've been working on - it's going to be a sort of victorian silhouette book (maybe...might end up being something completely different...) but here are some ideas!
